The DRC-40 is a family of 40W AC/DC DIN rail type security power supplies. In addition to the main output, there is a charger output with a smaller rated current, allowing the application to provide the backup power required by secure access systems. The DRC-40 accepts common inputs between 90VAC and 264VAC, and provides 13.8VDC and 27.6VDC at the output, respectively. With efficiency up to 87%, it can work with air convection cooling below -30% to 70%. In addition to the main protection features such as overload protection, overvoltage protection, low battery cut-off and battery reverse polarity protection (by fuse), alarm signals for AC OK and low battery indication are provided, through the TTL open-collector output for the standard model (through the relay contact output is an optional model), to facilitate the system design.
